To a practice offering advanced Therapeutic Massage and Craniosacral Therapy.  Allow your mind, body and spirit the benefit of solution-oriented sessions.  Working together, we can highlight the sense of comfort or ease you have now.  Additionally, you may face challenges you want experienced help for.  You may be in Physical Therapy or have been discharged wanting additional support.  I often work with or refer people out to other professionals including, PT, OT, Psychotherapists, Meditation, Personal Trainers and other Movement practices like Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga.

Techniques used include Myofascial Stretching with active client participation, Breathing enhanced awareness and  Craniosacral Therapy.
